Needs Assessment support, execution, analysis, and annual training plans
Support internal program development and deployment, especially in the virtual space.
Participate in ISO-9001 Audits
Manage contract creation, purchase orders, and invoicing
Ensure smooth delivery of learning programs and events including room bookings, set-up, instructor communications, processing of evaluations, material ordering, and preparing collateral (name tents/badges/printouts booklets).
Ensure all development activity is appropriately set up in SABA, registration is accurately reflected, and report on completion statistics
Design and run on-demand reports within SABA
Create, communicate, and produce Zoom sessions and webinars to support remote participation.
Coordinate with resources in the Americas and EMEA to roll out and support learning and development offerings in the regions:
Create and monitor class rosters
Reserve classrooms
Arrange for the sets up and tear down of classrooms
Partner with IT for classroom support
Interfaces with instructors and participants
Track learner responses to post-course surveys and analyze for continuous improvement opportunities
Global Learning and Development communications review and editing for branding and accuracy, examples are program or project emails, PowerPoint presentations, and training materials including instructor lead or online.
We are looking for a person who has the following experience and expertise
Experience working with global G&A functions, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development teams
Experience in Learning and Development administration
Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, organizing, attention to detail, and project management skills
High level of accuracy, with strong attention to detail, and highly conscientious.
Multi-tasking is crucial for this role- you will be someone that is solutions focused and able to deliver in a timely and efficient way.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Education, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field with 4-6 years experienve or Masters with 1-2 years experience.
MS Office Proficiency with an emphasis on Excel
Expertise in ZOOM or other virtual learning tool production
Experience with SABA, SAP, or other learning management systems
Experience with common eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
