JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
• Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
• Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling.
• Meet the assigned targets and meetings or exceeding expectations

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
• Strong experience in prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads
• Experience in cold calling and creating email marketing campaigns
• Market research experience in improving sales growth
• Exceptionally strong communication skills and self-starter
• Ready to travel
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Software Products will be an added advantage
