About Us:

Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

 

About Team :

Recharges and Utilities is a core business for Paytm. It includes 20+ categories including mobile recharge, electricity bill payments, DTH recharge, cylinder booking, etc. It is a critical business to onboard, engage and retain users on Paytm.

 

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. Build relationship with existing clients

2. Cross sale other products of Paytm

3. Increase transactions of the clients

4. Growth from current GMV

5. Onboarding and activation of new merchants

6. Handle complaints and escalations
