Job Description
  • Maintain and update Compliance SOPs
  • Ensure all required documentation is uploaded to customer meeting management system.
  • Reconcile and verify hotel bills and other supplier invoices for accuracy by comparing information to contractual terms and negotiated items.
  • Resolve any discrepancies with local teams on a timely basis.
  • Act as key point of contact for local teams for any compliance audit clarification matters.
  • Act as commission liaison including tracking and collections.
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policies and guidelines.
  • Produce the Monthly Compliance report and distribute to client and BCD local teams.
  • Provide reporting on a timely basis.
 
We are looking for you if your profile matches the following:
  • Diploma in accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 5 years experience in auditing
  • Excellent communication skills with previous multi-cultural/international exposure
  • Work independently in the absence of supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Able to work well under pressure and respond to constant change
  • Pharmaceutical compliance, processes and procedures a plus
