Description:Job Purpoes- Work with the Divisional hierarchy in driving entire gamut of people strategy in the Division Business Responsibility Areas
Ensures manning of all positions as per sanctions through planned recruitment and lateral movements Is involved in the manpower planning discussions with line Identifies local sources like campus, job hunts etc, for planned recruitment
Facilitate identification of training needs for the executives and designs suitable interventions to address the same
Capture training needs through discussions with managers, identifies suitable group level needs that can be addressed & Identifies trainers, and/or design and deliver training programs
Conduct induction of all new joiners through a structured program, and on the job training
Maintains employee connect through open houses, branch visits and address queries and clarifications on policies
Design policies and benefits suitable for the sales officers through internal feedback and external benchmarking
Facilitate business agenda/ meetings like goal setting, review and integration workshops
Facilitate engagement action planning post the employee engagement survey and help design and execute the plans
Lead the employee wellbeing agendas for the Division
Also, has shared responsibility of managing certain aspects of extended workforce management
As an integral part of the Sales & Marketing HR team, involved in design and execution of several central initiatives
Ensures that the performance management principles are known to employees across the division, and the process is being implemented in the right spirit Ensures all employee life cycle changes are taking place as per SLA
