As an Inside Sales Representative at NDC Deals, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, engaging, and signing up new travel agency partners. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the travel industry\'s needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of NDC Deals\' offerings and the benefits they bring to travel agencies.
- Identify potential travel agency partners through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Walking potential prospects through our documentation and tutorials/screencasts for when they have doubts.
- Get customers to do the online registration and ensure they are present for the first webinar session.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly signup targets.
- Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams to help shape future offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Patience and Tenacity to listen to the customer and guide them towards our product.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively articulate product value.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Preferably LandLine phone or Mobile Phone with preferably wired headphones as job involves speaking on the phone.
