JD for District Support Staff-Techbee Sourcing

1. Calling up the candidates from the database and counselling
2. Ensuring proper counseling happens to the candidates and their parents
3. Updation of the database on various parameters such as eligibility, interest, delivery of exam etc
4. Calling up the candidates and fixing up assessments and interviews
5. Co-ordination with candidates on submission of documents for offer release and to bank for loan process
6. Co-ordinating and informing the candidates on onboarding and scheduling for the same
7. Travelling to various locations to tie up with government/ ngos/ schools for outreach and creating awareness and taking up the exam
8. Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organisation

Standard Information

• Work from Office , 6 working days in a week
• On Field visit to cluster region DSS - 2-3 days in a week
• Minimum Qualification - Graduation completed
