• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the plant in alignment with the overall HR strategy and business objectives
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
• Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring that they meet the job requirements and cultural fit of the organization
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and suitability for the role
• Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation and benefits packages and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as business leaders, HR colleagues, and hiring managers
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
