Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Freshers or Graduates with strong communication skills in both English and Hindi to join our Customer Care Support team in a Domestic Voice Process role. This is a non-sales role where your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries and concerns via inbound calls and chat . you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional support and resolving issues related to food delivery, orders, payments, and more. You ll work closely with our operations, restaurant partners, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries and issues in English and Hindi.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer retention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Adhere to company guidelines, processes, and policies for customer support.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
