- Perform server administration for client Infrastructure environment, including and limited to, Windows, Linux and VMware servers.
- Administration of Windows Operating System, ESX and VMware
- Managing Windows and Linux virtual machines
- Managing ESX Servers and VMware virtual servers
- Managing V-center to build and decom virtual machines
- Administration of Unix/Linux Operating System
- Managing ESX and Linux virtual machines
- Coordinating with client infrastructure teams for triaging issues and providing resolution actions or escalation as needed.
- Report on infrastructure utilization and capacity concerns.
- Create and maintain system runbooks as directed by the client stakeholders
- Coordinate with client’s server, storage and network engineering and other staff members on issues related to existing server infrastructure and new server implementations.
- Review and analyze pending and executed changes to the infrastructure components. Correlate issues and incidents to change controls where appropriate.
