We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Sales Executive to join our team at our office location.
The ideal candidate should have a background in BPO/Call Center sales and be able to contribute to our sales and customer service efforts effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients via telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products/services.
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads, identify potential clients, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our offerings, features, and benefits to address customer inquiries effectively.
Meeting Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications:
