Job Description : Business Development Executive

The role involves going on field activities in good malls, schools, supermarkets - generating good quality leads by pitching the product and then registering these leads to a central platform for sales team to convert. The role also involves timely interaction with sales team to help in closures. The role has high growth prospects to Team Leader, Area Manager and Region Manager as WhiteHat Jr looks to scale BTL as good quality lead generating engine for the company

Scope: Generate good quality leads and register them on the platform for sales team to convert. Work

with Sales team to assist in closure of leads

Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off (Tuesday)

Shifts (subject to change): shift start hour will be after 11 AM and shift end hour before 9 PM (9 hour

shift)

Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi
