Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying, generating new business opportunities across India.
Preparing action plans, gathering data to identify target market.
Preparing and maintaining master report of entire activities, which includes daily activities, leads, follow-up, closings, future prospects and adherence goals.
Cold Calling, Visiting Clients, Business Networking , generating leads using Business Relationship and Business Intelligence Tool.
Daily reporting on the tasks accomplished
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for 0-6 months of experience in recruitment sales.
Should be able to generate the leads on his/her own and attend client meetings along with the seniors.
He should be able to work on following up with the clients independently.
Managing relationships with the clients and making sure their requirements are met by the back-end team.
