- Visiting each unit, as assigned by Asst. Manager / Manager (Ops) and check attendance of personnel.
- Report to Asst. Manager / Manager (Ops) on deficiencies in manpower and service.
- Apprise customer (or his representative) regarding the unit strength, actions taken for the day and receive instructions for communicating to Asst. Manager / Manager (Ops).
- Deliver monthly bills, collect clients payments and bring in Ps of all units on 30th/31st of every month for filling Moniput.
- Must bring grievances of the persons in the units to the notice of Branch Head/ Asst. Manager / Manager (Ops) /Seniors.
- Assist Branch Accountant in disbursing the wages or actually disburse wages in the units, if necessary.
- Arrange and Assign personnel to cover critical duty posts found vacant due to non-reporting of any SG.
- Unit Checking and night checks to be conducted as per plan prepared by Asst. Manager / Manager (Ops).
- Ensure that standing orders are placed and followed in every unit.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification BHM (Hotel Management)
- Good Communication Skill and able to speak English
- Willing to learn new skill
- Freshers or Experienced both can apply
