Require a Software Engineer/developer- Java who is well experienced in Java, JQuery and AJAX with the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discussions on New Development, Enhancements and conduct System Analysis and study.
• Gather user requirements for enhancements and customizations and demonstrate ability to analyse user requirements.
• Understand and Translate user requirements to agreed product solution.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans.
• Perform Unit & Integration testing and Coordinate UAT & rollout enhancements.
• Deliver the programs, according to the requirements within given timelines.
• Deliver proper and concise documentation of developments (Simple User Guide, Program Specs & Test Plan).
• Acquire / learn new technical knowledge on Java and suggest improvements in work.
• Demonstrate analytical capacity by identifying the root cause of the problems and offer alternative solutions to meet functional requirements.
• Coordinate with Support Team in troubleshooting the issues highlighted by Users.
• Revert findings / workarounds in reasonable turnaround time to assist support team in their investigation.
• Strive for defect free deliveries to minimize all post-release bugs.
• Proper release instructions and notes to Release Team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Must be a graduate with IT background.

Experience in Java development tools Core Java, J2EE, JDK, JQuery, AJAX.

Ability to work on multiple tasks and execute complex assignments.

Shipping domain knowledge would be a plus.
