We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, as they will be required to interact with customers and clients who primarily speak these languages.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory or market segment
• Develop new business opportunities by acquiring new customers and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and clients
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Collaborate with the sales team to share information, strategies, and best practices
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Report sales activities and results to the sales manager

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory or market segment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the same industry or a similar role
• Familiarity with the local market and industry trends
• Fluency in additional languages other than English and Tamil
