Good command over English Language both verbal & written.
Should be Graduate - Technical or Management background preferred.
Good knowledge of Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS office, especially Power point, Word, and Excel.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate requests and instructions to individuals and groups

Will be working as Assistant to Managing Director or HR Manager or Department Heads.
Handling communications on behalf of the Directors and also attending incoming mails
Undertake general word processing and excel work.
Scheduling Meetings and Calendar Management, arranging minutes of meetings.
Assistance to HR Manager by handling and responding to incoming mails, relaying messages to the appropriate party, drafting of official mails, posting job ads etc.
Prepare power point and other forms of presentations as per requirements.
Assistance in terms of Recruitment work like maintaining of all data entries, bulk mails, drafting of mails, formats, update information in database.
Providing of support to Department Head in terms of any assigned work related to document Management, Drafting & sending of mails internally and coordinating between Management and Staffs.
