Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong Hands-on Experience as Generalist in Payroll, Attendance, Salary Process
• Hands on Experience in Statutory Compliances ESI PF and related tasks
• Very Good Experience in Contract Labour Management & Permanent staff Management
• Must have experience on the Software SAP HR for Payroll & Salary Process

Desired Candidate Profile

• Software Skillset - SAP
• Good Experience in Hiring, Addition / Deletion, in Payroll Processing
• Should Play a Vital role in Team Handling Able to lead a HR Team
• Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written Skills ) as to interact with Global customers
• Good Experience in MS Office Tools MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation etc.
• Must have knowledge on ISO 9000/14001/OHSAS
