Roles and Responsibilities

• Filling Open positions and new vacancies within the TAT
• Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
• Identify potential candidates through various channels
• Handling of administration and record-keeping of HR Dept.
• Working with senior management to develop a recruitment plan.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Preparing job offers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Bachelor\'s Degree with or without domain knowledge in human resources.
• Prior experience in HR Role is not necessary
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent record keeping.
• Willing to join within short notice period
