Time: 10 am to 5 pm

Role & responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries related to jewellery collections, pricing, and services.
• Provide accurate information about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special sale days.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Make outbound calls to customers to invite them for special sale events, exclusive previews, or new collection launches.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits to the showroom.
• Maintain an updated database of customer contact details and interactions in the system.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer feedback and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team by scheduling customer appointments and ensuring smooth communication during promotional periods.
• Assist in managing queries related to billing, exchange policies, or product availability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and friendly demeanor over the phone.
