**Key Responsibilities :**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop use cases, BRD, FRD, SRS, FRS, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and requirement analysis.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
- Provide technical expertise and support for digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.


**Job Requirements :**
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proficient in use cases, BRD, FRD, SRS, FRS, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
