• Create/update the initial coding estimates for assigned tasks.
• Build the code according to the technical specifications, detailed design, maintainability, and coding and efficiency standards.
• Use code management processes and tools to avoid versioning problems.
• Perform peer reviews of code to ensure it meets coding and efficiency standards.
• Debug and resolve any code or interface problems encountered by the Software Engineer Engineer.
• Coach Software Engineer in the proper visual and efficiency standards, approach to unit testing, and appropriate content for documentation.

Skills:

• 3 to 8 years of industry experience in (JAVA, Spring Boot , Microservices)
• Ability to effectively manage task distribution
• Able to adapt to changing business requirements and react quickly
• Strong customer focus and results oriented attitude. Self-motivated individual & able to work independently
