We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team, specifically for software development projects. As a fresher Business Analyst, you will work alongside experienced product managers, architects, developers, and designers to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This role offers a growth path into product ownership for those who demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes, analytical reasoning, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client & internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software systems.
• Assist in creating detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories and process diagrams.
• Assist in creating product roadmaps and strategies.
• Perform secondary research and analyze market trends to maintain excellence in our solutions.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and aligned with project objectives.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Perform basic data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify potential improvements in product features.
• Prepare and present insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior team members.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that business requirements are met before launch.

Qualifications:

Education: UG : BE/Btech (IT/CSC/EEE/ECE)

PG : MBA (2024/2025 Passed out only)

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of web and mobile applications or a keen interest in digital product development.
