Drive the adherence to process model and zest to exceed SLAs
Collaborates with onshore stakeholders to communicate project status and escalates issues that may arise to management team
Plans and coordinates project schedules and make assignments for multiple projects and maintaining a risk register
Should be able perform requirement feasibility and lead requirements hand-off calls with the client teams
Act as an SME for complex client configurations and support team members to remove roadblocks - Backend and front end modules (web)
Build, design and document the system configurations for the developers, client and business teams
Deliver demos to end-client
Should be able to coordinate seamlessly with various teams in the overall life cycle of the product (eg coordinating with IT, Client Teams, Admin and Operations team)
Should be able to participate and provide clear status to leadership in relevant discussion forums
Act as first point of escalation from for any support required for production issues which occurs during onshore business hours.
Manage Support code releases by providing sign-offs and ensuring all checks in place (clear understanding of Release Management process)
Conducts regular audits and checks for process adherence within the team
Should be able to participate and lead green belt and/or other efficiency projects
Should be able to remove road blockers for the team
Responsible to provide inputs on the organization initiatives being carried out in teams
Foster an environment of recognition, innovation, and partnership amongst Application Development staff and our business partners
Leads the project planning effort. This includes input on the estimate of work as well as the number and skill level of resources required
Utilizes his or her experience to help determine the impact to other functions, to anticipate obstacles in delivery
Create, coordinate and implement employee mandatory and technical training
Supervises staff including mid-year and annual staff appraisals and performance reviews

Strong knowledge of Benefits Administration Outsourcing (Health and Welfare Domain)
Well versed with all Health Welfare configuration modules eg plan configuration, pricing, premiums, etc
Good understanding of SQL queries and should have good understanding of programming concepts
Should have the ability to collate and analyze project metrics, be able to create dashboards and reports for Leadership/Senior Leadership and well versed with presentation tools
Experience of working in onshore/offshore model
Ability to work well within a team environment
Should be able to execute transition plan for new project work
Ability to manage (delivery, Quality tracking) multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as exemplified by clear explanations, documentation and effective intra- and inter-group communications

Eligibility
Minimum 9 years of work experience
Should have spent at-least 2 years in project manager and people manager capacity
