• Responsible for B 2 B Sales and Business development in Mumbai.
• Pitching & Identifying leads, Maintaining fruitful relationships with Agents, Developers &

sourcing manager

• Responsible for client conversion, retention of existing clients, and references.
• Creation of database of Real Estate Developers & Real Estate Agents.
• Will be responsible for achieving targets in the region.
• Developing and maintaining the database, Regular Reporting & Follow-ups.
• Should have Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and use of Internet Key Functional

Skills.

Required Candidate profile:

• Should have experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Should have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of giving demos independently, fast

learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

• Good communication
• Presentable
• Positive with a go-getter attitude
• Ready to work under targets
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi Language
