• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with each team member
• Recognize and celebrate strong individual and team performance
• Work with employees to create motivating goals
• Identify promising individuals ready for new opportunities and roles
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Good Communication is mandatory
