The primary purpose of the Channel Marketing & Program Manager is to support the channel and alliances sales team(s) in gaining market segment share, generating sales and growth by creating loyal, self-sustaining, valuable marketing programs that add growth value to our APC by Schneider Electric solutions.
l Responsible for Annual Strategy & Quarterly guidance, effective executions of marketing, partner programs & enablement, in alignment of Channel Sales strategy
o Marketing to & thru partners
o Collaborate with Strategic Marketing for Pull & Push effect
o Collaborate and develop Content creation for channel marketing activities
l Responsible for SESP Partner program success, including deployment and tailoring of program aspect to ctry needs
o Define, refine partner profiles for growth initiatives
o Recruit, retain and develop partners aligning to Channel growth requirements (incl future proofing partners in their skillsets & knowledge)
o Develop, manage and deploy training agenda & calendar for & with partners
l Key SPOC to ctry channel teams, presales teams & partners on marketing, program & enablement
l Digital Channel Management and Marketing
l Contra Revenue Management (Sales Out)
l MDF/Performance Bonus/Rebate Rebalance
l Channel Agency Management
l Support partner s ecommerce success with promo programs to increase sales conversion
l Regional Channel Events Management
l Partner Sales Enablement - Drive Certification, Online/Offline Seminar or Training
l Support Zone Alliances Development (DELL, HPE and Non-Server Attach)
l Ensure that partners testimonial along with joint customer references
are created to highlight the best in class approaches, strategic wins
What is the main focus of this role -
- Deliver strategically sound and tactically superior channel marketing and programs to and through the Channel using all available and appropriate tools, media, event, and programs.
- What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization -
Tertiary Degree or qualification in Marketing or Communications
Minimum of 8 years marketing experience - IT Channel Marketing experience a plus.
Proven experience of Channel sales support
- Experience building and executing demand generation plans, including email, webinar, event and online programs.
- Digital channel marketing knowledge is a must
- Understanding of the channel ecosystem, and working knowledge of the fundamentals of technology preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Ability to build rapport both internally and externally
- Negotiation skills
- Organisation and priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
