e are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building, and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
• Customize sales pitches based on customer needs and preferences.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to close sales deals.
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Travel within the designated sales territory as required
• The person would be responsible for onboarding Corporates on the company (TReDS platform), activating these corporates for transactions and maintaining relationships to maximize business opportunities.
• The person will be responsible for maximizing throughput (factoring of bills) from all onboarded corporates in his/her portfolio.
• The RM will be responsible for P&L for his/her respective portfolio he/she should ensure profitability parameters and charges are optimized for each corporate relations hip in particular, and the portfolio overall.
• The person would be responsible for the increase in throughput, outstanding, revenues, yields & other business performance metrics for the assigned geography for all products.
• Growing the partner/distribution network and growing the under- tapped segments/companies/territories for business.
• Achieve sales targets in line with the target established for the area in terms of revenues & volumes.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sale

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the [industry].
